How to heat the Micropack:

Oven: ˜ 125 ºC for 15 minutes.
Microwave oven: ˜ 900 w for 2 minutes.

Important information:

Heat in oven: Place the Micropack on a grate in the middle of the oven. Make sure it does not touch the sides of the oven.
Heat in microwave oven: Fold the Micropack and place it on a clean plate.
